Migraine Headache Attack? - Get A Chillow!

You've had another migraine attack right? Your head is pounding, breathing hurts and even the slightest hint of light is like being poked in the eye with a stick. I feel your pain folks I really do - I spent more years than I care to think of doped up on painkillers in dark rooms while I'm praying for the pain to stop. Even for a few minutes. Only somebody who's had to suffer through a severe migraine attack understands the pain and suffering you have to deal with.

One of the things you'll notice helps with a migraine headache is anything cool against your head or cheeks. This might be a purely psychological thing but hey if it works it works. And for me any time I have a migraine I'm always looking for something to literally keep my head cold. I'd always hoped that somebody would invent a pillow that stayed cool no matter how long you had your head stuck to it or stuck under it.

Then I found the chillow and this has become my secret weapon in dealing with my migraine headaches (the rare time I get them now). A chillow is a product you can insert into your pillowcase that keeps that side of the pillow cold for hours on end - sometimes it gets so cold you actually have to turn the pillow over! You buy it once and user it over and over and over again. It doesn't need to be refilled and is friendly to the environment - I love my chillow!
